William Smith is not in the burial register, but, based on the inscription on the marker, Long’s Sketchy History of St. Paul’s Church shows William Smith (pg 44, #3) with dates 1812 – 1838.

Cullen, inscribed in the lower right hand corner of the stone, is probably the monument maker.
